Tiffanie is a passionate about social and environmental sustainability. She focuses on European carbon markets, emission trading and sustainable finance. She is currently working at the European Commission on the implementation and expansion of the European Union’s Emission trading scheme.
Additionally, she has worked for the United Nations as the Chair of the Green Economy Working Group of the United Nations Environment Programme -CYMG. She worked with the United Nations Economic and Social Committee as well as the International Resources Panel on sustainable resources management, emission reductions and green economic policy.
Prior to this, she was a Board Member of the Dutch Climate Movement and Studenten voor Morgen, where she worked on furthering youth representation in the climate transition.
