Thaddeus is a business advisor and chartered chemical engineer who is passionate about sustainability. During his career he has worked with given advice at world leading incubators such as WorldStartup and Newchip. He has also led the development of the global decarbonization roadmap to reduce Croda’s emissions by 50% from 2018 to 2030. Currently he is Global Senior Manager Sustainability at Philips where he leads sites in achieving circular operations. He has held several board and advisory board positions at organizations such as World Energy Council, European Federation of Chemical Engineers, European Young Engineers, Brunel University and University of Southampton. Since March 2024, he holds a Supervisory Board position at WorldVision. In 2020 he was listed as Forbes 30 under 30 Europe and in 2023 he was named in FD Talenten.
