Prof. Dr. Herman Wijffels is an economist and former professor of Sustainability and Societal Change at the Utrecht Sustainability Institute of Utrecht University. In addition, he has held prominent roles such as Chairman of the Board of Rabobank Nederland and Chairman of the Social and Economic Council (SER). From 2006 to 2008 he was the Dutch representative to the World Bank. He is also co-chairman of World connectors, and chairman and co-founder of Sustainable Finance Lab.
