Ylona is a board member of the Young SDG Network, part of the UN Global Compact, where she organizes meet-ups for young professionals focused on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In her daily role, she serves as a Corporate Communications Advisor at DLL (Rabobank Group), supporting the global Sustainability and HR departments. Following her tenure on the board of Young Rabo, Ylona emerged as a corporate activist, advocating for accelerated progress towards the SDGs. She organized a leadership dinner and has spoken on corporate activism at the B Corp for Good Leaders Summit. Additionally, she founded the Net Positive Movement, a bottum-up employee initiative. One of the key projects was the establishment of the Future Generations Board at Rabobank. Currently, she mentors and guides young professionals at DLL through the Sustainability Emerging Board, a board which represents the voice of future generations.
